Shakeem was incredibly helpful, fully knowledgeable about the car I wanted to purchase, and completely supportive of my needs during the buying phase. His continued support and helpfulness after I purchased the car I wanted to purchase, and completely supportive of my needs during the buying phase. His continued support and helpfulness after I purchased the car is a new experience for me. He called a few days after I purchased my new Honda Civic to ask if I had any questions since the purchase, patiently worked with me to program options that enhanced my driving experience, and contacted me three months later to wish me a happy birthday and to see if there was anything else I needed. This is amazing customer service, and I am extremely grateful to have had Shakeem meet me in the parking lot and offer to answer questions the day I dropped by to look around! More
