During my visit I started the journey of test driving SUVs to add to our household as a family car. Harold was wonderful in showing me an X5 M50i and X7 M50i. He was very knowledgeable about both and highlighted the unique features of each. The test drive was great. He was helpful without pressuring us. People there go out of their way to make sure you have all your questions answered ( I was new to BMW.).
