This is my first negative experience with the Service Dept. I went in for a tuneup, oil change, tire rotation and brakes. Immediately I was given a list of recommendations for service. I noticed a cou Dept. I went in for a tuneup, oil change, tire rotation and brakes. Immediately I was given a list of recommendations for service. I noticed a couple of them I had done last visit. It would have cost $500 so I’m glad I noticed. When I questioned Heather she said she hadn’t checked my records before recommending the services. Then I was told I needed tires. In hindsight I should have gone and verified because now I’m questioning whether that was even necessary. My car was there for 3 days (one of which was my fault because I had a conference and couldn’t get there). When I picked up my car (after spending $3800), I got out on the highway and my car was making horrible road noises, and then I discovered my tire pressure was 48 and it should have been 35. I called and was told to just pull back around. I had to be in Tulsa for an appointment so that wasn’t an option. I then called back and spoke with Brandon who told me this wasn’t a big deal and to come back before 5. I ultimately went to another shop and got that corrected. The next thing I noticed was the oil change sticker had not been replaced so I’m not even sure I got an oil change but I paid for one. Now I’m getting emails saying they want to buy my car. I won’t use Melton again. More
