Overall good experience, but disappointing that when I arrived to test drive a used car it had a very empty gas tank with "zero" miles to empty. The next day we did end up purchasing the vehicle, and two arrived to test drive a used car it had a very empty gas tank with "zero" miles to empty. The next day we did end up purchasing the vehicle, and two days later the low tire pressure light went on. All four tires were low even though the vehicle just had in inspection and report done. These kinds of oversights make me question the attention to detail at this dealership. More

Love vehicle purchased, however didn’t receive full tank of gas as agreed upon during negotiations. As we were leaving, I noticed low fuel gauge and questioned. Salesman said he would get a gas card to me. Never received one! Also, dealership promotes 10 cent off per gallon on gas with their holiday rewards card, however once received card I learned that Wisconsin and Michigan this doesn’t apply! Such would have been nice to know that upon purchasing of vehicles. More
