Mastrovito Hyundai sets the standard for other dealerships to follow. Seriously, with having fourteen cars bought in my life found that their approach is caring for people. Not just the customer dealerships to follow. Seriously, with having fourteen cars bought in my life found that their approach is caring for people. Not just the customer walking in, but the team working here. From the owner, sales team, administration, and service department found a cohesive group of people working together. Consummate professionals all with a family approach. I've gotten two vehicles here and helped my daughter get one too. More

Normally I give you guys the benefit of the doubt BUT my last appointments were horrible. My car was worse leaving you than before we brought it in. What you called wear and tear that suddenly wasn’t covere last appointments were horrible. My car was worse leaving you than before we brought it in. What you called wear and tear that suddenly wasn’t covered under my extended warranty was called deliberate by another mechanic. You attempted to charge me $800 for something they fixed for $250. I will never be back More

I like my oil changed more often than the standard schedule. You could say it was just an oil change, but something happened that made it exceptional. I was cheerfully greeted by Rhiannon Rosen and schedule. You could say it was just an oil change, but something happened that made it exceptional. I was cheerfully greeted by Rhiannon Rosen and Brealynn Merrell. Rhiannon was my service assistant on this day. Once my car was taken in, Rhiannon approached me. I was on the showroom floor and she offered a service contract for oil changes. This will save me a tremendous amount of money. I would get three for a set price. I was amazed. More amazed of the customer service given. This reflects well on the brand and dealership. I always say, you can't be told no unless you ask, and the greater disappointment is having not asked. Rhiannon gets 5 stars. Brealynn, Luke and the complete service team are spectacular. Frank, keep doing what your doing. Your teams loyalty to you shows it's more than a job. Thank you all!
