I had a great experience with the process that was done at Ford Of Homewood. I was able to select the vehicle that I wanted and then was able to test drive it. Knowing that I tanked financially during the pandemic , I was worried about a finance approval let alone a good rate while getting the right vehicle for me. I liked a couple of vehicles I saw on the site was worried about a finance approval let alone a good rate while getting the right vehicle for me. I liked a couple of vehicles I saw on the site so decided to go take a ride or two. I was introduced to Bradley Reed upon walking in to the showroom. We went for a ride and Bradley asked so many amazing questions. Upon n finishing the test ride I let Bradley know that I was disappointed in the vehicle I drove to test but was still excited about a Bronco. We walked back inside and Bradley disappeared for about ten minutes and came back with the keys to a newer Bronco. We drove and I loved it. I was worried about the price and what my payments would be with this way nicer vehicle. I made it clear to Bradley I didn’t think it would be possible. He walked in back and came back with an offer I couldn’t resist. Bradley then got on it and I was out of there in my Bronco with in two hours. I thought I would have to settle and I didn’t. I couldn’t be more grateful for Bradley’s’ professionalism and willingness to help while being very efficient in his words to educate me on every single step of this process.
