The work was fine, but the process of making the appointment online was a ridiculously complicated and frustrating process that took way too much time to work and to work around. I rightly wondere appointment online was a ridiculously complicated and frustrating process that took way too much time to work and to work around. I rightly wondered, who is minding the store here and seeing what is actually going on? The single most important thing with online stuff is simplicity and navigability - two things glaringly not present in your "make a service appointment" function. The second most important thing is for you, the owner, to ROAD-TEST whatever it is you're trying to do: What does the CUSTOMER experience when trying to do thus and such? It was so obvious that no one's minding the store here, which very nearly sent me to .... another store. Watchwords: SIMPLE. EASY. INTUITIVE. Oh- and since your feedback page won't let me post this without picking a name from the service department that I don't remember (there's a problem right there), I will just randomly pick one. I have no idea who I worked with, and does it necessarily matter? Regardless, I gave a "5". Are your neurons clicking? More

Friendly from the start, pulling into the clean warm bay, greeted by the Service advisor. The waiting room was nice and clean, offering coffee and water. A place to sit and free Wi-Fi. Highly professional, empathetic and knowledgeable with the best interests of their customers. The salesman Derrick and fiancé expert Bryan were very helpful and willing to work me buying my car. Never fel the best interests of their customers. The salesman Derrick and fiancé expert Bryan were very helpful and willing to work me buying my car. Never felt pressured or put on the defensive when expressing needs or questions. Their responses were open and positive. Would add that when I took my car for the outside and inside simonizing, the parts person was friendly, informing and upbeat. All personnel I have met at Mohawk Chevy, I would rate as top notch. More
