I went to a different dealership and was unhappy with the service. So I’m back to Hamilton VW because the service department is professional and friendly and looks out for its customers. The service was good and done in a timely manner. Also, a loaner was provided that I appreciate very much. On the loaner I would recommend for the dealership to put a certain mileage range for wh Also, a loaner was provided that I appreciate very much. On the loaner I would recommend for the dealership to put a certain mileage range for when we travel low mileage don’t need to stop at a gas station to put $1 or $2. Also, not to make us pay $5. For parts service this was the worst I could imagine a dealership would provide. For sure not the one I expected from VW. I had to pick up a touch paint pen. I have arrived at 5:00 pm, persons were inside and the person that was in the front desk was not able to have them open the door to provide part (that was already paid for) although he tried his best. It is not ok when I arrived still at closing time, and people were still there. At least I would expect that the part will be shipped to my address free of charge. In case you decide to remediate the awful service (I went there on purpose and will not be able to return in more than a week) you can ship it to 16 Moro Dr. Hamilton NJ 08540. The Technicians don’t know what they are doing and the place is dishonest. They had to run a diagnostic test that cost me $160 to find out a $2.95 fuse had to be replaced. This dealership is excellent! I took my car in for an oil change/20,000 miles service and my car was returned to me sparkling. They even washed it and waxed it.
