Purchased a2017 Chevy Equinox in July. Found dirt on the oil dip stick.To make a long story short 4 oil changes and still dirt in the oil.Im paying $30,000 for this and has dirt in the oil. Found dirt on the oil dip stick.To make a long story short 4 oil changes and still dirt in the oil.Im paying $30,000 for this and has dirt in the oil.Service not very professional what so ever when it come to service customer.Would not recommend Mark Wahlberg to anyone. I went to Mark Wahlberg chevy in Columbus to look for a new truck. They quoted $5000 over sticker due to market markup (current high demand). This is incredibly greedy. I went over to Byers in Grove City b new truck. They quoted $5000 over sticker due to market markup (current high demand). This is incredibly greedy. I went over to Byers in Grove City bought the exact same truck for $6000 less than what Mark Whalberg wanted. I will never speak anything good of Mark Whalberg.dealerships. More

Wanted to buy a new Chevrolet 1500 Custom 4x4. Was told by salesperson he had been there 25 years and right now with low inventory theyre selling it for 5k more than whats advertised on the internet. Sorry excuse for a salesperson and if true, sad excuse for a dealer. When things return to normal those times you tried ripping people off will be remembered. Low inventory is not an excuse to rip people off. Honest during good and bad times equals Excellent reputation and character. I bought a 17 ram used from them and the engine light was on the salesman said they would take care of it he told me it was on because the battery was dead. Well it wasn’t that ended up being code number PO4 on the salesman said they would take care of it he told me it was on because the battery was dead. Well it wasn’t that ended up being code number PO456 which is a small vacuum leak they took the truck and look at it 3 different time for about six weeks and said it was the gas cap. In the end they wanted to charge me to work on it also they said my alternator was bad which I never did change it’s still running a year later. So they never fixed the problem. I ended up watching YouTube videos and fixed it myself More

My mother brought her car to Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet for a recall. When she went to pick it up it had been wrecked by an impaired driver through no fault of the dealership. The dealership sent it to their a recall. When she went to pick it up it had been wrecked by an impaired driver through no fault of the dealership. The dealership sent it to their insurance and we were told it was approved and would be repaired by 5/8. No updates were given and I went to the dealership on 5/14. The representative in the service department called the body shop in front of me and said that more damage had been found but the repair had been approved and the car would be ready by 5/19. Once again, no call or update so on 6/2 my mother went to the dealer and was informed that the repair had not been approved and the car would be totaled out and she would receive a check. It is absolutely ridiculous that this dealership couldn’t be bothered with even calling to update a customer on two separate occasions. I would not recommend using their service department to anyone More

I called to book an appointment for service. They said, it would be around a week before they could get to it. And then ask me to leave my car at the dealership roughly a week.
