After purchasing my vehicle I was advised that they would look into a refund for a tire purchase a made with my previous lease that was covered through my warranty program. I reached out multiple times for o look into a refund for a tire purchase a made with my previous lease that was covered through my warranty program. I reached out multiple times for over a month to see the status of the claim. It took over a month for the sales rep to finally reach out and advise that I need to now process the claim myself after the claim was already made through heritage. More
