We actually ended trading vehicles while on vacation, something I never even gave a serious thought! Purchased a 23 Escalade from this dealership. We had a few issues: front bumper bolts were missing, also they never placed wheel lock in vehicle when rims were installed. Tried contacting the dea We had a few issues: front bumper bolts were missing, also they never placed wheel lock in vehicle when rims were installed. Tried contacting the dealership many times. First time we called about this issue, we were told that the wheel lock hasn’t come in yet which doesn’t make sense (how were the rims placed on the vehicle without the lock)? Then we were told that we didn’t sign paperwork to receive this wheel lock. Finally we were told that it was mailed out via mail. We never received it to this day. The dealership never followed up to see if we received the lock and when we call we get many different answers some say it was mailed others say they are looking for it. The dealership told us to file a complaint with Cadillac manufacturer if we are not satisfied. Obviously customer service is not their priority. At this point I don’t know who to contact to get my wheel lock. I just hope I will not have an emergency which involves my wheels. More
