I was beyond impressed! ! I was most impressed with my salesman Frankie!! I give him 10 stars, he is the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve bought about 150 brand ! I was most impressed with my salesman Frankie!! I give him 10 stars, he is the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve bought about 150 brand new cars in my life!! I try to deal with Sewell, their customer care is second to none, but, Frankie, he was better than anyone at Sewell or any other dealership. Y’all had the Tahoe I was looking for, I wasn’t in the market for a new car, but, got sucked into the Trump Tariff scare tactic!!! I explained this to Frankie, told him I didn’t want to waste his time, or him to waste mine! We test drove and said make it simple Frankie, I’m not sitting here all night and u running to sales managers office every minute, give me bottom dollar on new car, and top dollar on trade in, and I’m in or I’m out! There was no pressure, sales manager Brad came to me said this is it, what do u think, I said well, I’d like a little more for trade in, I know you can’t cut me any slack on new car. I said I’m paying cash for new car, I just have to decided if I want to waste that much cash, Brad said I can get you a good financing rate of %6.6, I laughed and said I’m not financing $45k at %6.6!! He said Mr. Tyson, we are here if your interested, and are grateful for your time if your not, and would be grateful for one shot in the future if your ever in the market again!! I left, I decided on drive hm that I would ask for $700 more on my trade in, floor mats and 2 front windows tinted! I called Frankie, gave him my terms. He said Mr Tyson were closed, can I call you Monday and see if this deal works, I said absolutely!! He obviously called Brad and he accepted my deal!! I told Frankie, I’ll be there Monday, I’m paying cash, the only warranty I want is the standard Clay Cooley warranty, 3 yrs of dent protection, wheel protection, etc……. I don’t want to be in finance managers office more then 5 min, I’m not buying an extended warranty, and I’m not financing!! He said yes sir, I understand!! Brittany was all business, I understood probably frustration from a customer like me, but, it’s just how I do things, she has me sign everything, and off I went!!!! I will only buy cars in the future from Frankie, I just like the way he handled my business, not pushy, no guilt, no pressure, and didn’t waste my time!!! I njoyed the process!!!! Thank you Young Chevrolet!! I literally was almost done with GM, their dealerships have treated me like complete crap the past year, they lie to get you on the lot, they don’t even have the vehicle your their for, BUT, Mr Tyson, we have plenty to choose from, that’s complete bill crap, but, it’s the way Chevy wants their dealerships tan, and I despise it!!! Frankie and young kept my business!!! More

Edwin was fantastic. From his follow up to his follow through, he alone was the reason why we continued to do business here. Brad had the wrong parts ordered for the runn From his follow up to his follow through, he alone was the reason why we continued to do business here. Brad had the wrong parts ordered for the running boards, so Edwin was able to find the correct parts after they were installed and was able to get this resolved. Kept us updated on each step of the process with appropriate timelines. If anyone is to be modeled for best practices, Edwin is the gold standard. Barbara Choate was fine but after our test drive and agreement to purchase the vehicle, she wasn’t responsive and kept deferring to the sales manager Brad for everything. Brad Staples, the sales manager, was cold and distant. Was not welcoming at all during any of the follow up visits to get the accessories installed on my vehicle. Disappointed with his lack of service and support. Took him 3 weeks to order parts and schedule the install. Not sure why it took that long and he never apologized for the delays nor did he explain why it took that long to get it sorted. Armando, the finance manager, got us through the paperwork quickly. Upsold us on some products in exchange for a better interest rate. That exchange wasn’t the best as it made us feel like we were taken advantage of. Typical sales tactic, not appreciated. Josh Bouffard, met us on the first trip to install accessories. Did not run down any of the parts to validate correct parts and did not provide a timeline for completion. Not sure why we even spoke with him. Totally useless interaction. What’s he there for anyway? Overall, the experience we had at this dealership was 2 of 5 stars. Only because we got a decent price for the truck and Edwin got us sorted out when no one else could. Definitely would not recommend purchasing from this dealership. Service however, impeccable, as long as you work with Edwin. More
