I don't like this dealer ship especially some of the servicemen very rude in disrespectful cause me to go back to my old dealership. They don't keep up with the work already done on my car. The truth is they messed up my air pressure and didn’t rotate my tires properly. The service manager made it right. Dropping off my car: the people “ working “ they were not paying attention ( they were talking, and laughing ) to customers coming in. Had to wait for them to pay attention because they didn’t know I was paying attention ( they were talking, and laughing ) to customers coming in. This dealership has been the best from day one. The option to have my truck picked up and maintenance performed while I’m at work is the best. When all I want is the included Maus care service I’m The option to have my truck picked up and maintenance performed while I’m at work is the best. When all I want is the included Maus care service I’m not pressured to spend more. My only regret is that the Titan has been discontinued and I won’t ever be able to upgrade when it’s time. More
