Work done on our ‘24 Subaru Outback was arranged and completed efficiently and professionally. It wasn't the greatest service experience getting new struts last week. I brought my car in for a routine service mid july and the technician recommended that I get new struts and tires. that day i app struts last week. I brought my car in for a routine service mid july and the technician recommended that I get new struts and tires. that day i approved the order of parts and was told that they would arrive within a few days and if not, to contact the service department. After a few days without an update, i called the shop to check on the arrival of parts. The parts department could not find the order and said they would contact me once it was found. Another few days without contact, I called back and once again, there was no update about the parts ordered. I finally received a call back from the parts department that the parts had arrived and scheduled service for late July. I came down to the shop and met Brad who set me up with a loaner vehicle and told me it would take all day for the repair to be completed. After a few hours, Brad called me back and apologetically explained that there was a miscommunication and that the rear struts needed a complete rebuild. He then gave me some options to pursue. I eventually had to return to silverthorne from Vail to pick up my forester and reschedule the new service a few days later. Ultimately, I was able to get the repairs completed within a few days while being provided a loaner vehicle. Brad was uncompromisingly professional and forthcoming with all the issues. He really turned the situation around. Fortunately i was able to break away from my schedule to make all the trips over the pass. I would return to this shop to see Brad, More
