They were honest in their dealings with me; they told me the truth about delivery and repair on my car; and would've had it done sooner if a blizzard storm had not hit the area on Sunday night. This storm kept trucks from leaving Chicago to deliver the new wheels for my car by Monday. Their staff is professional, kind and courteous. Best of all I felt like I could trust them.
