I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer on 07/21/2022, with my salesman being Gary Harger. On 8/10/2022 I noticed some sensors showing up so I took it to my local mechanic to see what the issue was. I have driven salesman being Gary Harger. On 8/10/2022 I noticed some sensors showing up so I took it to my local mechanic to see what the issue was. I have driven the Explorer approximately 300 miles. He informed me that the driveshaft, transfer case, and bearings are all shot. This problem he said had to of occurred before I purchased the vehicle. He stated that I never would have noticed during a test drive because that is how I thought the car should sound and drive. The final cost to get my car repaired was $2900. The dealership is not taking any responsibility. That is ridiculous, you would think dealing with cars they would be able to notice something like that. Except they just drive they car and park them and look at the interior and exterior conduction before putting it on the lot. I do not recommend anyone buying from them. More

Absolutely no concern for customer service or making the customer feel appreciated or valued. His attitude and tone of voice is something I have never experienced from a car dealer in my 55 years of car buy customer feel appreciated or valued. Waited 4 a week to get pictures of a truck they had on line. Wasn’t the same truck once I did get them but proceeded to purchase the real truck only to be stalled by dealership so they could sell it while line.
