Horrible dealership. October 3rd 2024 I bought 2023 F250 Limited with 6.7 diesel. While test driving I noticed AC wasn’t working. Findlay Chrysler stated they were unawar October 3rd 2024 I bought 2023 F250 Limited with 6.7 diesel. While test driving I noticed AC wasn’t working. Findlay Chrysler stated they were unaware of issue but would fix it. Week later it was discovered Brad (mgr) was 100% aware of AC being out. Instead of replacing, they filled unit hoping consumer wouldn’t noticed. Brads version is, he didn’t know AC unit was leaking when he refilled it. This is actually against the law not to mention AC units are sealed units. Freon can’t leak out. If it does, there is a problem. xxxxxxx thing to do to someone buying a 1 year old truck for $90000. 12 hours after buying truck I was going through all the features when it was discovered ALL safety features were in fault mode. Ultimately it was determined by a Ford dealer the frame was extremely bent. Brad at Findlay Chrysler stated the Ford dealer was “lying because they were mad I didn’t buy the truck from them”. Tyler stated “the ford dealer is just lazy and don’t want to work”. Findlay Chrysler stated they wanted to look truck over. Instead of fixing or giving my money back they instead chose to do even worse when their guy connected to the trucks computer system and blocked all faults from reading out on the dash so now nothing will read. No oil change, light out, low fuel, etc.., Findlay Chrysler knew of all these issues yet hid them and sold me the truck. Horrible horrible company. Brad & Tyler are dirty as they get. Brad lied to not only me but the BBB & Attorney Generals office. Feel free to contact me for ALL proof that this is factual information. In the end, Ford Motor Company was set to buy my truck back. However, since my truck was titled in Canada first, then bought by Findlay Chrysler 6 months later they can’t help me. I am in the process of suing Findlay Chrysler for not only energy dollar I spent on my truck $96000+ but also $5000 in car rental, and additional $250000 for the hundreds and hundreds of hours I’ve put into calling, emailing, dropping off, picking up from Ford dealers. More

10/3/24 sold a 2023 F250 Limited 6. 7 Powerstroke with a bent frame. Dealership attempted to also sell with broken AC condenser. I caught issue, dealership lied by stating they were unaw 7 Powerstroke with a bent frame. Dealership attempted to also sell with broken AC condenser. I caught issue, dealership lied by stating they were unaware of issue. Service reports prior to 10/3/24 state AC isn’t working. Instead of replacing, dealership filled with refrigerant in hopes customer wouldn’t catch one selling. Also have proof of frame being bent before purchase yet dealership denies and refuses to take back an $83,000 truck. More

I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer on 07/21/2022, with my salesman being Gary Harger. On 8/10/2022 I noticed some sensors showing up so I took it to my local mechanic to see what the issue was. I have driven salesman being Gary Harger. On 8/10/2022 I noticed some sensors showing up so I took it to my local mechanic to see what the issue was. I have driven the Explorer approximately 300 miles. He informed me that the driveshaft, transfer case, and bearings are all shot. This problem he said had to of occurred before I purchased the vehicle. He stated that I never would have noticed during a test drive because that is how I thought the car should sound and drive. The final cost to get my car repaired was $2900. The dealership is not taking any responsibility. That is ridiculous, you would think dealing with cars they would be able to notice something like that. Except they just drive they car and park them and look at the interior and exterior conduction before putting it on the lot. I do not recommend anyone buying from them. More

Waited 4 a week to get pictures of a truck they had on line. Wasn’t the same truck once I did get them but proceeded to purchase the real truck only to be stalled by dealership so they could sell it while line.
