Let me start by saying this is the third Subaru we have had... by choice, trading in for different models or features. As the end of our maintenance agreement approached the thought of checking out a lease had... by choice, trading in for different models or features. As the end of our maintenance agreement approached the thought of checking out a lease option was worth checking into! Our salesperson, Daniel Rameriz was on it! He was very knowledgeable on all of the models and features and asked if we wanted to trade up to an Outback Touring model. What's a touring Model, I asked... he explained in detail the differences between a regular Outback (which we loved) and a Touring model. Daniel and his manager were very honest and actually gave us a really great trade-in price. Done deal!!! I have to say that we were so impressed with his knowledge and the trade-in value that we received that the decision was really easy. Done deal!!! The Lease option was the way to go this time, due to our health we could not imagine not having Wilsonville Subaru take care of all our maintenance needs. Now we can rest easy that we will continue to have reliable transportation through our golden years... so if you want to be treated fairly and honestly, give Daniel Rameriz & Wilsonville Subaru a call, or better yet, go in and meet him in person! Went in here knowing that they had a vehicle I liked but wasn’t sure we could strike a deal based on my trade value and I was someone looking to buy & license out of Oregon. Their whole process of one salesperson, start to finish with that one person doing all the negotiating on my behalf was different but seems to work great. There were issues with my residency and getting financing even though I had outstanding credit. My advocate, a great young man named DJ Villasenor, fought on my behalf to secure the whole deal, when something came up, he marched back and forth to keep the deal alive. Not just your typical dealership dog & pony show, but truly someone I felt was working in my best interest to get this done, RIGHT! When all was said & done, they gave me an extremely good price on my trade, made all of the paperwork about as simple as could be, and actually made the whole experience good. I also would like to include while passing out praise to those who were instrumental in making this a great experience, Holly, Brad, & Karina who all did a fantastic job in making this happen. Also Sterling, for his help as well. I can see why this store has high ratings, it’s their people, & DJ, while relatively new to the business, understands people, their wishes and concerns, and does a tremendous job as making the whole process as uncomplicated as possible. I appreciate that Wilsonville Subaru was the best car buying experience, for several reasons: I test drove a Crosstrek or two, to my house, to see if it fit in the garage; no pressure/haggling; AJ went o buying experience, for several reasons: I test drove a Crosstrek or two, to my house, to see if it fit in the garage; no pressure/haggling; AJ went over everything while we ordered; he responded promptly to my texts/emails; and the car arrived on time. Also, the offer to purchase my old vehicle was good for a week or two (it was standard KBB). I could not find a better offer. After a week, I returned and sold it to them, with AJ's nonjudgemental help. The check for my old car arrived sooner than expected too. More

We had our vehicle towed in for repair and that is when our good experience began. Ron Owens-General Manager greeted us and introduced us to Spencer in the repair department. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion and we were back on the road, good to go. Spencer and his team were incredible in terms of their service and professionalism toward us.
