Brad helped me through a purchase of a new Toyota Sienna and a trade in. He was a subject matter expert at every stage of the process. Everyone was so very kind and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Our salesman was honest, open, and definitely one of a kind. We shared jokes and had a laugh 99% of the time. We enjoyed having him along for the test drive and every other second he was around to help us finally get a car. I even got a gel pen as a souvenir! 🙂 I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE. Thank you for the wonderful experience and we will definitely be seeing you all again! More

Easy process I owned Toyotas my entire life and I decided to try another make and was extremely disappointed. I got in contact with Brad Newman and within a few ho I owned Toyotas my entire life and I decided to try another make and was extremely disappointed. I got in contact with Brad Newman and within a few hours he got me back into a Toyota with no hassle and no run arounds. does not check out used card before selling them I bought a used car from fitzgerald . the price was ok but you get what you pay for i guess the first thing I found was the radiator neck was cracked I bought a used car from fitzgerald . the price was ok but you get what you pay for i guess the first thing I found was the radiator neck was cracked and it had old coolant in it. second was the a/c was low on refrigerant I had to refill it myself and fix the leak .things like this should have been checked before they put them on the lot More

On the phone, the first thing he said was that prices are non negotiable because the salesmen there were not paid commission. On arriving at the dealership there were six or seven salesmen available but they waited for the one I spoke to on the phone. If there is no commission then we could have been seen by anyone, surely? When the right person arrived, he was unwilling to let me test drive the trucks! The salesman was very insulting. There is no we would either go there again or recommend this dealership. Also, one truck we looked at was covered in scratches and had a huge dent, and it was still quite expensive! More
