Refreshingly pleasant experience I have been pleasantly surprised by the way I have been treated by Markley Motors in general and by my sales agent, Brad Manifold, since my purchase o I have been pleasantly surprised by the way I have been treated by Markley Motors in general and by my sales agent, Brad Manifold, since my purchase of a new 2019 Ridgeline a year ago. Staff in the service department, parts department as well as sales staff have been unfailingly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I decided to look for a new vehicle at Markley Motors after persistently unsatisfactory experiences with other local dealerships over the past ten years. I have been very happy with the treatment I have received from Markley Motors overall and from Brad in particular. I will not hesitate to recommend Markley Motors to my friends and family and have already done so. Thanks to Markley Motors and to Brad Manifold for a refreshingly rewarding vehicle purchasing experience! More

Easy, Fast, and Friendly Dealership All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. I was shown the exact car that I was interested in and not hassled into buying that day. The salesman was very knowledgeable in the car and the purchasing process, even offering extra advice as to what to expect down the line. This purchasing experience was the fastest I have had at a dealership without feeling like I missed out on any information. Even the financing person was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the options and what the service staff offers for Honda customers. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I took a family member with me on the days I visited this dealership and he also was impressed and will be buying from them in the near future. More

No "tricks." All "treats." I went to Markley Honda on Halloween day, 2018, with the intent of checking out the CRVs and perhaps taking a test drive. Brad was outside, and, with a smile, signaled a parking space right up front for me to pull into. We walked inside the dealership. I looked to the left and saw MY car! The exact color, framing, bells & whistles, moon roof...that I'd "built" on line. I'd done a lot of research and was pretty sure the Honda CR-V EX-L was the vehicle of my choice. I'd never purchased a car by myself, and Brad made the process so smooth. The test-drive went great. He never applied any pressure. He stressed that, whatever I needed to do, to take my time as this was a major decision. I told him I was waiting for some friends to come visit and then go with me to make the probable purchase. As I was walking from the dealership, I said to myself, "What am I waiting for? You did the research; you know it's a darn good car, and your sales person made the experience faultless." So I turned in my tracks, looked at Brad, and said, "I'll take it!" From then on, the experience went like clockwork. He directed me to Robb Murphy's office, Finance Manager, who also explained everything with no pressure. Because my husband had been a veteran, Robb informed me that Markley Motors believed in showing their appreciation by extending to their customers a generous reduction in the prices of the Protective Asset Documents he presented and thoroughly explained. He, as well as Brad, also informed me that as a valued customer, I was entitled to free car washes--whenever! Whoa! I like that! Thank You! to the entire Markely Motors staff. There wasn't one associate there who didn't give me a nod and a smile upon passing. And, a high-five to Brad Manifold for his genuine and thorough guidance. He made it absolutely clear that there was no future question that he, or someone at Markely, wouldn't answer. I'll not forget the Halloween of 2018! Karen Folger More
