While I was in the dealership it was great and my salesman did a fantastic job even after I purchased my car. After that it was terrible. I had some issues with my car within a week of driving it. I brought it back and Matt did a great job taking care of me in the dealer. They gave me a loaner and told me they would keep me updated. A week went by and heard from no one. I called to follow up twice and got the run around. Again called Brad he got me an update. They ended up having my car for 2 weeks and didn’t fix anything!! They said there were no broken parts to fix. You took 2 weeks to tell me that with no follow up!!! Than Robert saw one of the issues happen then try to say it was because the key wasn’t close enough what a joke that was. Worst of all I asked to speak to the GM of the dealer on 4 separate occasions and I even told them I would schedule and appointment to talk to him because I’m sure he’s busy, but no call from him at all. To start with I am total happy with the car. I Paid $30,157.57 for car that was listed online for $19,513, that I didn’t know till I got home. I went to the dealer to look at a different car that was not there. That’s $10,644.57 over advertised price. What was added, Tax, $1535.70, Predelivery service $1437.95, Total other charges $3,018.01, totaling $5,990.71. What else was added at a cost of $4,652.91? The whole time I was never told the total cost, it was always monthly payment. It started over $400, that I said was too high. So, I gave another $1,000 for a total of $9,000 Down and traded my Ford Bronco for $1,500 to lower monthly payment. It was not till I got home that a saw the $30,157.57 total price. I would never agree to that amount. I was researching used Tucson's online for months and came up with a price of $19,000 to $23,000 The total paid Amount was $1,886 more than the original sticker price when it was new from 4 year ago, with sales tax remove I was F**k without a kiss $30,157.57 Total Cost -$19,513 Advertised Price -$1,535.7 Tax -$1,437.95 predelivery Service -$3,018.01 Total other chargers ---------------- $4,652.91 Extra cost, For what???
