A new to me dealership , went above and beyond to sell me a used car. I'm from New York and have worked at dealerships for over 25 years. So to say they blew me away with politeness, courtesy and professiona a used car. I'm from New York and have worked at dealerships for over 25 years. So to say they blew me away with politeness, courtesy and professionalism is a well informed observation. The used car division, headed by "Joey" was just the ticket that day. I was introduced to Mr. Charles Alexander, my salesman. He gave me a walk around, and a test drive that had no time limit or pressure. He connected with me right away with commendable listening skills and eye contact throughout the process. He was well versed in the seamless process of sales and financing. To say he made me feel comfortable, doesn't do our interaction justice. Love that guy.. Their finance guru " Brad Gracie " worked feverishly for well over four hours to iron out all the wrinkles in a difficult hunt to find just the right lender. Would it be a slight overkill to say I would drive back here in the future for the same treatment ? Would do it all over again tomorrow. After 25+ years of purchasing 8 vehicles from Nissan, this was my first time buying without my spouse. While Uriah and Brad were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful, I was disappointed with how B this was my first time buying without my spouse. While Uriah and Brad were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful, I was disappointed with how Brad the finance process was handled. Brad gave me a 6.99% rate through my bank, but my bank offered 5.4%, which I only discovered after contacting them directly, which he insist and discouraged me from contacting them. This discrepancy made me question if my best interests were truly considered. Despite Uriah’s professionalism and my loyalty to Nissan, I almost walked out. Sadly, this experience has left me rethinking future purchases with this dealership. More

While the sales process with Uriah was smooth, and Uriah went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered—like checking on th purchase.
