We had a relatively good experience with Amir at this dealership, but unfortunately our experience with one of the new managers completely changed our impression. We were ready to purchase a vehicle y dealership, but unfortunately our experience with one of the new managers completely changed our impression. We were ready to purchase a vehicle yesterday and even returned a second time to finalize the deal. While Amir was busy helping another customer, this manager made very little effort to assist us. He left us sitting in our vehicle in the sun for more than an hour waiting for him, despite knowing we were there to close the purchase. There was no sense of teamwork, no urgency to help a customer who was ready to buy, and no willingness to work with us on a very reasonable request regarding a set of tires that would have allowed us to finalize the deal. What was most disappointing was the lack of respect shown toward a senior citizen and a veteran. Because of that manager we left feeling that our business was simply not valued. One would hope that shared cultural understanding would lead to greater respect and empathy toward all customers, especially elders and veterans. Instead, we felt ignored, dismissed, and treated as though our time did not matter. I want to recognize Amir for the professionalism and kindness he showed us, but because of this manager’s behavior, we ultimately walked away from the purchase. We were extremely disappointed and saddened by the experience. If you visit this dealership, I strongly recommend working directly with Amir. Respect, customer service, teamwork, and basic courtesy should never be optional. More

They perform all my service needs from minor oil changes to major repair. I simply told them I’m hearing a noise and they’ve been able to locate and repair it. I’m very happy with them. Once you have an appointment, they take care of you. Once you have an appointment, they keep it, take care of business, & send you back on the road, HAPPY!! HOWEVER, THEIR WEBSITE IS SUCKINGLY INNACCURATE, & NOT RESPONSIVE TO NEEDS, THEIR CALL-IN PHONE NUMBERS DO NOT WORK, & THEIR PARKING LOT IS ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL FOR A DEALERSHIP OF THAT SIZE THAT DOES AS MUCH BUSINESS AS THEY DO!!!!! IN ORDER TO GET MY APPOINTMENT, I HAD TO PARK ON THE STREEET, A BLOCK AND A HALF WEST, & NORTH OF THEIR SERVICE ENTRANCE, WALK UP THROUGHT THEIR CROWDED PARKING LOT [ MOSTLY USED VEHICLES FOR SALE] &TALK TO A SERVICE ADVISOR TO MAKE M APPOINTMENT. IF THEY WANT REPEAT BUSINESS, THEY NEED TO FIX THIS IN A MAJOR WAY!!! More
