Having been a loyal customer of the amazing teams at Bayou Nissan in New Orleans & United Nissan in Las Vegas, I had high hopes for Orr Nissan in OKC as a new resident. Being meticulous about factory-r Bayou Nissan in New Orleans & United Nissan in Las Vegas, I had high hopes for Orr Nissan in OKC as a new resident. Being meticulous about factory-recommended maintenance, I took my Nissan to Orr in mid-late October for a multipoint inspection, oil change, tire rotation, & additional services to ensure optimum performance from my vehicle. The dismissive rudeness of the Service Technician when I asked for a "next service date" sticker for my windshield should have raised a red flag in my mind, but I just assumed he was having a bad day. During last weekend's heavy rain & thunderstorms, I discovered that my wiper blades had NOT been checked at Orr, their condition demanded an emergency visit for driving safety purposes to Hibdon Tires Plus where the customer-friendly Service Representative replaced the wipers himself. The week after, I received numerous "Oil Change/Maintenance" visual warnings every time I started my car, & I reached out to Orr with my genuine concern that NO maintenance had actually been performed despite the $375 I'd paid for such. I returned to Orr at 0800 on a Saturday morning where the Service Advisor appeared indignant at my suggestion that sub-standard or NO maintenance had been performed on my car because of the omissions his Service Department had been responsible for. I'm not a mechanic, I'm new to the area, & I'm now looking for a NEW Nissan dealership with some sense of work ethic, customer service, empathy for car owner concerns, & even the smallest sense of empathy for customer concerns when their maintenance team does a half-@$$ed job & then acts like it's MY fault. Avoid Orr Nissan & find a service team which appreciates your business. More
