The reason for 3 stars is because the trim was supposed to be replaced on my car and when i asked about it they said it was replaced but replaced with black instead but when i got home my spouse stated the to be replaced on my car and when i asked about it they said it was replaced but replaced with black instead but when i got home my spouse stated they had not replaced the trim and was very upset that i was lied to More

The service is excellent; the only thing that could be improved is communication. I dropped my car there on Tuesday morning, and I had to stop by on Friday because I hadn't heard anything from them. On Friday, they asked me to keep the car for a few more days. Monday and Tuesday communication was great. I got updates as I was expecting the week before. That dropped one star, otherwise, I would give 5 stars. More
