He was a great listener, answered all my questions and concerns respectfully and then negotiated on my behalf. He made the process easy and quick. It took me a few weeks to finalize the deal because I was out of town, but he continued to keep in touch with me via text. I also liked the fact, this dealership does not add items you don't want to their drive out price.
