Would not recommend buying a used car from Palmetto Ford or Boston Fenton based upon online listing as the experience and car was not as represented online. Problems were misled such as crack in windshield or Boston Fenton based upon online listing as the experience and car was not as represented online. Problems were misled such as crack in windshield that was hidden with price sticker, went to have it fixed and told by salesman that it was my problem. Have receipt for new radiator, cooling system and battery done by Palmetto Ford. Car lit up with battery warning. Again, contacted salesman told me battery was fine it the key fob, it's not the key fob it's the battery and in less than 2 months the cooling system failed and told by repair shop that it was not fixed with radiator replacement as dealership claimed. Trying to communicate with the salesman Boston has proven to be pointless as he offers no support other than telling me it's my responsibility even for the faulty repairs done by Palmetto Ford and only radiator is covered by a warranty. Cosmetically I was told it was deep cleaned only to find that when pulling cargo cover it was covered in mud and dog prints along with mud under the seats. I have pictures and documentation of all issues. I have owned the car for less than three months and does not run, needs over 2K in work. And to top it off, when purchasing I asked them to verify the correct address for registration, still they sent it to old address after filling out updated address form and the car plates were delivered and stolen from the old address. I felt the salesman was a fast talker who misrepresented the car, does not stand behind his sale or the work of Ford and took advantage of the hot used car sales market. The dealership has not responded. More

Boston was extremely professional and available, I would highly recommend him to anyone. Although we purchased elsewhere solely based on dollars/cents, had things worked out we would have loved to work wit highly recommend him to anyone. Boston and Mike were absolutely amazing to work with. Car buying is always stressful, but both of these gentlemen had me feeling comfortable, relaxed, and under no pressure. They got me in my dream truck and buying is always stressful, but both of these gentlemen had me feeling comfortable, relaxed, and under no pressure. They got me in my dream truck and a price that works for me! We came in with two trucks and walked out with 2 different ones. I will be a Palmetto Ford Lincoln customer for the rest of my life. More

Found the "Perfect" car After test driving several cars and comparing/contrasting them, Boston helped make our dream of finding the "perfect" car for us possible. It took several hours in the dealership, several phone calls, and several visits to get everything done but we got it. Boston and Thomas Gigliotti was very helpful and polite. Boston even worked on his day off to help us find the car we wanted. Boston and Thomas looked everywhere for a car that matched exactly what we wanted. At first, it didn't seem too promising and their seemed to be a lack of communication missing between the dealership and us. But after several days, Boston called and gave us the news we were waiting on. He found us a car that matched exactly what we wanted. When I came to pick up the car it was "perfect". Boston had it ready to go and clean. Ron made the financing part extremely easy and Dan was very knowledgeable about the car and was very helpful in explaining how everything in the car works. Completely Reassured. Me and my wife were looking for something specific and found exactly what we were looking for at this dealership. Given it was a used vehicle we still Me and my wife were looking for something specific and found exactly what we were looking for at this dealership. Given it was a used vehicle we still filled out the application and were promptly asked to come in by Dan to speak to Boston. Stating that Boston would be our salesman during our car buying experience. Me and my wife started the process on Friday July, 15th, that way the next day all he would need is for us to send our documents. We sent our documents on Saturday and I went by after I got off work. He let me test drive the vehicle and it drove great. I went ahead and put some money down since he said there was no problem about going to put the deal through. Since my wife was at work at the time, I put her on speakerphone so that she would be aware that we would have to come back Monday after our daughters surgery and we would be in and out. Well the first deal they came back with was not acceptable for our budget. So he told us to go home so that he could work out a better deal and he would contact us back, even offered to let us take the car home. The next morning it seems like all hands were on deck and that they were going to make the deal work with our demands. Gary made sure he called me first thing walking in the door. I told him I love Ford service even when purchasing a GM vehicle. The only truck that I will get will always be a Ford, the only brand with 10 versions of the truck in 400 different ways you can get it. So the chance we get to buy a GM vehicle from a Ford dealership vs a GM dealership, my family will always buy it from the Ford dealership. When it comes down to the businesses I use, I base it off the reputation of the product. Our family truck we have is a 2004 Black XLT Triton has over 300K in miles on it and still runs strong. Went to a ford dealership 2hrs away just to get my wife the GMC terrain she wanted. when they had the exact same truck here at a GMC dealership with less miles at a cheaper cost. We agreed we're a Ford family, so we made it a point to only buy our vehicles from a ford dealership. When we came into the dealership this last time, we were in and out with an hr. I was literally able to do all the finance with Mike and be in and out within an hr. Truly a great experience. Once again I'm reassured that Ford service is second to none. More
