SERVICE DEPARTMENT NIGHTMARE. When bought Sonata here (used) they scheduled a free oil change at 6 month mark. Took it in for that appointment (August 2025) after receiving confir When bought Sonata here (used) they scheduled a free oil change at 6 month mark. Took it in for that appointment (August 2025) after receiving confirm text day before to which I replied with confirm code. When got there next morning, they said no appointment, then searched and said appointment was day before and I missed. But they fit me in (of course long wait w/"no appointment." Got the free oil change. Of course they diagnosed almost $700 of additional ("maintenance intervals") services; I refused. Nine days later I found huge oil spot on my asphalt driveway. As I drove to street, oil continued trail of leak. Kept car parked in street and made immediate appointment with my local mechanic. He found oil plug loose and filter gasket leaking. Had leaked over time into heat shield until soaked through and overflowed shield. But huge oil spot is there to stay no matter how I absorb or clean. Driveway had been newly sealcoated two weeks before. Never going back to this dealership. Unfortunately Hyundai didn't send me feedback survey. More

Zero stars If I could. Terrible communication from our service advisor. If we didn't call in we would never get an update. Escalated concerns to service manager and corporate. Neither cared, so this level of poor customer service is broadly accepted there. Asked for a rental and always told none available and no follow up contacts regarding availability as the vehicle was there for weeks for warranty repairs. They jump started the car when we went to pick it up without telling us, and without offering to sell us a battery. Once we left and stopped the vehicle it was dead again. When this was brought up to management again they had no concern. Never return to this business. More

December 5,2024 8am I brought my 2017 Hyundai Elantra in for service because front doors Would not open it would take 3 or 4 pulls before in opened.
