Exceptional Service I took my vehicle to the Russ Darrow collision center after being involved in a minor collision with a deer. From start to finish, the experience wa I took my vehicle to the Russ Darrow collision center after being involved in a minor collision with a deer. From start to finish, the experience was easy and hassle free. They were able to fit me in to the schedule quickly. They gave me a free loaner car to use (less than 3k miles), and proactively called me with updates regarding what they were finding in terms of hidden damage, and to let me know when my vehicle would be completed. The repair was completed ahead of schedule. It looks great... and they even took the time to touch up a couple small rust spots and buffed out an unrelated scuff mark. Wonderful experience all around. More
