I've been a loyal customer at this particular dealership, and have bought two cars there and never had any bad experience with the sales department or anything like that, I've only had very positive welcomin and have bought two cars there and never had any bad experience with the sales department or anything like that, I've only had very positive welcoming experiences. However, the reason I continue to buy cars there is very specifically my service manager Bobby. I've always been treated by him with kindness and respect and always goes above and beyond for me. Although I love the jaguar product, I do believe a car is just a car and, the car is only as good as the service that backs it up. For me, that's the most important thing i'm looking for. If Bobby left and went to a different car manufacturing company. I would buy a car at that dealership as well, just to have that same level of service. I'm sure jaguar looks at these reviews, and I just want to make it known that the 2 cars I've purchased and all the service I've had done there was very specifically because of my service manager Bobby. With all that, I have nothing but great things to say about the dealership overall. Dave More

To be frank Luiz Angelo (General manager) I don’t know how these people got their titles but the term sleazy car salesman should be a more suitable name . Niel Fishbone (shady salesman) and the rest of t how these people got their titles but the term sleazy car salesman should be a more suitable name . Niel Fishbone (shady salesman) and the rest of the “team” over at Jaguar Land Rover of Sudbury are a despicable representation of customer service. Little to my knowledge that when I bought my 2019 jaguar it would soon end up needing an engine brand new to say the least. Please also don’t get me started on getting any of the paperwork for the engine besides just an engine number for a website that shows you nothing. That being said based on the carelessness of the Jaguar technicians. Not only did my car end up back at the Sudbury jaguar Land Rover dealership location 2x but the service and lack of communication from these people at the dealership Luiz Angelo (general manager) Neil Fishbone(shady salesman) the rest of the “team” disgusts me. I hope that people see this a stick on the side of caution when purchasing ANY vehicle from them. You will be looked down upon if you dress a certain way. Like a blue collar worker like my self if you show up in your work clothes be prepared to get taken advantage of. If you do see a response to this by the people over at Sudbury bragging about how the gave me a loaner car at no cost to me and a new engine free of charge (no money out of my pocket) That’s true. But why would I have to pay for a loaner or a new engine if the technicians on hand did their job properly. I also have pictures of my car collecting dust up on a lift for 3 months…… I drove the car a total of 6 times. The rest of the time was in the dealers possession . Great way to start my new vehicle purchase . Especially when I work so hard to get to be blessed enough to have a car like that. -Justin Strong More

I’ve bought 2 cars from Herb Chambers Sudbury and have had great success !! I’ve had my cars serviced there and by far they go above and beyond for me !! Always great service !!
