Took expedition in for problems it was having, said problems were fixed. Some of the problems were fixed the others were not, should have picked up car myself because husband relied on the word of serv problems were fixed. The service team did not seem to care or they would have made sure problems were completely taken care of. Wouldn’t recommend the service department. We used them because we bought our vehicles from them and try to be loyal customers but again will not use them for service. More
