Even though I didn't end up purchase a Lexus, I had great experience with Bobby and the dealership. Boddy is knowledgeable, frank, and easy to talk to. Other people in the dealership are nice too. One of the other sales person offered to make me a coffee while I was waiting when he saw that I was holding a baby. And I had a very nice chat with the manager. We eventually got a different vehicle that was more readily available while waiting for a Lexus to arrive. While they took my credit card to reserve the vehicle, but it was never charged since the vehicle hadn't arrived when we decided to move one. This is quite professional and unlike some other dealership. If I am to consider a Lexus in the future, I am likely to come to them again. More
