What can I say, they are used car salesMEN. Let me start out by saying that Tiffany went out of her way to help and she was awesome! It was "Bobby" that let the ball down. We traveled over 3 h Let me start out by saying that Tiffany went out of her way to help and she was awesome! It was "Bobby" that let the ball down. We traveled over 3 hours to go look at a used car. My husband spoke to "Bobby" the day before and he promised to have the car ready for us to test drive and that HE would be happy to have everything ready for our arrival. He was not there and NOTHING had been done for our arrival (as a supervisor, he should have delegated). That is when Tiffany stepped in to help and she did her best but... We have purchased used vehicles from other used car dealerships in the area and one of the first things they gave us was a list of problems that they found with the car when they accepted the car into their dealership. No so with Preston Mazda. Not sure how they did it, but the check engine light came on within 10 miles of leaving the dealership. We stopped because of a message that showed up on the car's dash concerning oil. When we tried to pop the hood, the hood latch was broken. When we did finally get the hood up, we found an oil cap on the radiator that not allowing the hood to latch properly. All in all - buyer beware! Go somewhere else for a used car. Or, just ask for Tiffany from the start. More

Perfect Great. Moved from a Honda owner to a Mazda owner. Everybody I was in contact with gave me the best service I've ever had in a car dealership. I am 60 Great. I am 60 years old and have bought new cars since 1976 and this was the best of all experiences. I will definitely consider a Mazda again in the future. More

An experience even more positively above what is advertized! I had seen the commercials. I had heard of the people. I had been informed of the quality. How would Preston compare live for me? I am pleased to say, I had seen the commercials. I had heard of the people. I had been informed of the quality. How would Preston compare live for me? I am pleased to say, "Above and Beyond!" Thanks to all of those who brought to me a purchase experience that not only gained my business, but also any other people I can refer. A hearty personal thanks to Matt in Service and Zayne is Sales who allowed me to be myself and know when and what the right purchase for my needs was, then gave me more than I asked for. An additional thanks to Bobby for taking the time to be friendly and personable, even though he was not part of the sales process. You say Preston is 'Where you come first.' Well, I know I did, and I applaud you all! More

Great Staff I originally called them on a listing from autotrader.com. They were intelligent and super friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. They worked with me on financing and made sure I was happy before I left. They even had a couple of drivers follow me home to Pittsburgh to ensure I had my car the day I bought it. Excellent experience, I would definetely recommend them. More

Stacy Brown was very helpful and courteous to us. She did everything we asked. Bobby Preston was able to meet our needs as far as our trade and getting the monthly payment where we needed it to be.
