Hello Sir, This is Rich Willis I am the General Manager here at the store. I looked into your complaint with regards to the pricing of the vehicle in question. I pulled your papers to see where the discrepancy was, The Price of the car as stated was $38,327 tax's are $2,438.88 doc fee $695.00 DMV approx $400.00 and $995.00 for warranty. That's how the total came to that price. We are not sharks or dishonest. We treat all of our customers with Transparency and Respect. This negotiation was all done over the phone, and I understand all you wanted was the out the door price, which we gave you. We treat all our customers with respect just because you could not get the vehicle for your price, whatever that was. does not make it right to curse out my salesperson. HAVE A NICE DAY. . Your right. Everyone else including myself are liars. Your salesman called Yelp " Hotdogs". I don't know what that means I guess cuz I'm over 60 years old. But if you look at your reviews on Yelp every other person's complaining about the same thing I am with your added on pricing. I guess Yelp you can't buy good reviews like you can on Google or any other search engine.....

Mr Willis, the general manager I never knew you existed. I asked Bobby my salesman for your name and number multiple times. I never got it. I could send you screenshots of our conversation but that's irrelevant. I asked Bobby to send me a price OTD broken down in a text. He responded no he rather talk on the phone. Bobby needs to learn to be respectful. Especially if he wants to be a salesman. I'm a truck driver I'm working during the day I'm trying to buy a vehicle. Send me a text message and give me the info. He responds oh we cant do it. If I knew your name and number Mr Willis I would have dropped Bobby and called you. I still wouldn't do any future business with you, Bobby or Joe Ianelli. Im sending this privately as a learning experience. Treat every customer as it was your last..... you also have a nice day tool
