I recently purchased a 2026 Suburban from Herb Chambers Chevrolet and had a 5 star experience across the board. Joe B in sales was approachable, not sales-y at all and truly just wanted to help my wife and Chevrolet and had a 5 star experience across the board. The general manager Bobby briefly got involved to help ensure we felt good about the numbers and gave us supreme confidence we were making a good decision. And then Adi in finance went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly the right add-ons/warranties that make sense for us. Grateful to this team and recommend them with supreme confidence. More

Did not keep the time promised for the car on day of delivery 2. Friendly but not focused on the right things when we met 3. Had no clue on the $50 rebate for test drive and needed many follow-ups 4. Did not have the battery charger when I left 5. Did not follow-up on the charger even when I called 6. Did not ask / take all paperwork at signing 7. Hard to know who you are talking to via multiple formats The dealership is decent but has a way to go to be efficient and build a strong credibility with its customers. More

Horrible horrible service department. Brought my truck in a few times same issues. Under extended warranty. Had my truck for over a month, got rental and they only paid for 4 days, left m Brought my truck in a few times same issues. Under extended warranty. Had my truck for over a month, got rental and they only paid for 4 days, left me with paying over $1900.00 to enterprise. Truck brought back again same issues, to be told nothing is under warranty it’s maintenance work now. The worst service manager Jose! Plays games! Lies! Telling me he is getting deductions from his personal pay because extended warranty only wanted to pay for after market parts & he wouldn’t allow that! So he is paying the difference. This is not the end of me letting others know not to go here. I have service records & more for proof & so others will not make the same mistake going here! More
