Sleek and approachable i was immediately impressed with the dealership and the mercedes models featured on the floor. We never felt pressured or rushed and he was an absolute gem in offering to take us for a ride to our home in the model we requested so we could check to make sure the car would fit in our narrow one car garage! As soon as we pulled into our garage we assured Bobby we would purchase a car as soon as we returned to the dealership and we were delighted to do so thanks to all the expertise Bobby offered us on the ride back and forth. In all the years i have bought new cars this was the first time I didn’t dread spending time with the salesman. Bobby made every moment lighthearted and easy and pleasant. This review is not really about the tire service, but more about the purchase of my new AMG. Bobby was great to work with, but I was disappointed in that after driving home it was discovered that the ba more about the purchase of my new AMG. Bobby was great to work with, but I was disappointed in that after driving home it was discovered that the back up camera and the sunroof are inoperable. In speaking with Bobby yesterday, it will require me to come back to the dealership for a software upgrade. This was not what I was expecting after purchasing a 140k car. Travel to and from Northbrook is not convenient for me as I live in Barrington. I will make it work, but service should have inspected the vehicle before I took delivery for such things. More
