First time buying a vehicle from Noblesville Imports and I have to say, this was by far one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. Extremely efficient, no pressure whatsoever the entire time, quick, and their prices are incredibly fair! We had 2 specific vehicles in mind that we saw on their online inventory, came in and they were already ready for us to test out! The staff are so awesome too. Bobby (our salesman) was GREAT, so incredibly personable and down to earth. Eric (Sales Manager I believe) was so easy and enjoyable to work with! Zach and Jeff (owners) have built something so special and it shows in their continued success! Zach even offered to deliver the vehicle to our house and swap it out with our trade in vehicle to make things easier. Customer Service is TOP NOTCH at Noblesville Imports. Seriously, if you’re in the market for a vehicle, COME HERE. You won’t regret it! Even if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they can and will find what you want. We are so happy with our purchase and will absolutely continuing buying from these guys! More

Prompt and responsive. Lots of nice inventory with competitive pricing. My wife and I were greeted nicely by Bobby and set up for a test ride in short order. The outside of the vehicle had not been fully prepped and had two low tire indicators and quite a bit of snow cover on it. Inside of vehicle was clean and prepped. We came back and Bobby was gone and we were turned over to Tim. The price of the vehicle was as posted online, plus a reasonable fee for processing and Indiana sales tax. I came prepared for a straight up deal - no add-ons, no extended warranties, no price haggling (the price was very fair), etc. I was surprised and disappointed that the sales contract included a $990.00 dealer accessories charge. When I questioned it, I was given the explanation that it was for a paint and fabric protectant package they put on all their vehicles and for a theft protection package (basically an air tag) for the vehicle. I told Tim I didn’t want either of them. He responded that these are part of their sales program. I responded with an offer to split the amount because I wanted the vehicle and the price was still competitive. Neither of the dealer add-ons were mentioned in their social media ads. But I didn’t appreciate getting shook down for $495.00. I came back the next day and met Bobby and Eric and we got the transaction finalized and I handed them a certified check for the sales contract amount. When I was given the one key fob, I asked about the second one and was informed that I could get on for $200 on Amazon. Nice vehicle, less than transparent sales tactics. More

Bobby was open and honest with me. I never felt pressured at any point. Would definitely consider shopping there again. Only suggestion, it would have been nice if all of the paperwork I never felt pressured at any point. Would definitely consider shopping there again. Only suggestion, it would have been nice if all of the paperwork was ready when I arrived since everything had been agreed and a deposit paid to hold the vehicle. It didn't take too much time but I had other things to do that day. I honestly expected less from a dealership like this. I have had bad experiences with customer service at several dealerships. I even recently walked out of a deal, at a brand name car dealership, with my check in hand because of their tactics. I would feel comfortable working with Bobby again! More
