Paul Reeves will be my go to guy FOREVER! !! I'd always go to Northtowne before looking anywhere else, first. The laughs, the hospitality, not too mention the urge to get me the best deal poss !! They were getting in the car I was looking for. It nearly came on time and it is as I expected. Paul was great to work with even tho we did the entire transaction long distance. Excellent Customer Service Bob (Service Manager) Eric( Service Advisor) & Pete (Mechanic) made sure my car was repaired and it was completed before the estimated time frame. Bob (Service Manager) Eric( Service Advisor) & Pete (Mechanic) made sure my car was repaired and it was completed before the estimated time frame. They are pro-active in making sure that my car is kept at the best condition possible so I don't have any unexpected problems. It is a pleasure to deal with the sales force and service department - they are the best in KC. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a car or need your car repaired. I won't go anywhere else. More

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS ONE IN A MILLION AND LOVES VETS THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE DOOR I WAS THANKED FOR MY SERVICE THAT I RENDERED TO MY COUNTRY. I was thanked by the CAR DEALERSHIP as well as the SERVIC THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE DOOR I WAS THANKED FOR MY SERVICE THAT I RENDERED TO MY COUNTRY. I was thanked by the CAR DEALERSHIP as well as the SERVICE DEPARTMENT the absolute moment I said that I was a DISABLED AMERICAN VETERAN! I took my car to this service department because I had trouble with another car dealership in the city. The other car dealership rendered NO SERVICE to me at all, and I was cheated out of my hard earned money, the other dealership wouldn't even honor a WE OWE that we both had signed! This CAR DEALERSHIP, LOVES VETERAN'S, and they showed it by fixing my car problem's with no question's asked. This service department told me that "WE DO NOT NEED TO SEE ANY WE OWE'S FROM ANYONE, THAT IS NOT OUR BUSINESS, ALL WE WANT TO DO IS SATISFY ALL YOUR SERVICE NEEDS"! YOU ARE HERE NOW AND YOU WILL BE TREATED WITH THE UTMOST OF RESPECT, AND WE WANT YOUR BUSINESS. I ALMOST FAINTED AND USED THE RESTROOM ON MYSELF, IT WAS SO VERY NICE TO BE AT A DEALERSHIP THAT MADE THEIR CUSTOMERS #1. KUDOS TO THIS CAR DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THEY TRULY DO CARE AND YOU CAN FEEL IT. WHEN YOU ARE SPOKEN TO YOU HAVE THEIR UNDIVIDED ATTENTION. THEY ARE ONE IN A MILLION. THEY APPEARED TO MAKE EVERYONE WALKING THRU THEIR DOORS FEEL SPECIAL, NEEDED AND VALUED AS A CUSTOMER! THEY WANT OUR BUSINESS, SO LET"S GIVE IT TO THEM. THEY DO ABSOLUTELY, UNEQUIVOCALLY, POSITIVELY DESERVE IT! KUDOS AGAIN! More
