I had a great experience with your dealer. I car was sold I was interested in on your lot the day before. On Saturday we dropped by to look at new Buick Envistas. I spotted the used Ford Escap I car was sold I was interested in on your lot the day before. On Saturday we dropped by to look at new Buick Envistas. I spotted the used Ford Escape we had wanted to buy sitting to the side. Bob Uchida stopped what he was doing to see if we needed help, and he mentioned after we questioned that he thought the car was sold but would go inside and check. It turned that that the buyer had committed by was late and missing, so they said we could buy it. Without Bob's extra effort we would have left the lot. But then Alejandra was lovely to work with, low pressure but matter of fact. Our only concern was the slowness of it all since it was a cash purchase, but we understand that someone was out. Also there was only one key found that day, but when they found the other one the contacted us promptly to come by and get it. The gentleman in financing was a pleasure to sign documents with. I would buy from you again, it was a pleasant experience without any of the sales "ick" that some other dealers push on you. Thank you again! More
