The finance person was very efficient and did not try and pressure us into things we did not need or want. In fact the whole experience was one of the better times we have had at other dealerships. I had great experience with Toyota of Des Moines Iowa. I knew what they wanted and they knew what I wanted and we were able to come together and make ends meet with both of us.
