Enjoying my new ride I initially met Bob Spicer over the phone when I called & asked for new car sales on Friday Nov 15, 2019. I explained to Bob I had recently hit a deer I initially met Bob Spicer over the phone when I called & asked for new car sales on Friday Nov 15, 2019. I explained to Bob I had recently hit a deer with my 2013 Ford Escape totaling it out. I was considering a new Escape. I told Bob I would be there on Saturday. Bob was exceptionally thorough by sending me info ahead of time to review. He also offered to have a specific one to test drive if I wanted to. I casually mentioned the Edge. He told about one & I test drove it. I loved it! If offered all the features (and more) I was looking for. I decided to buy it. Bob is very knowledgeable on all the features of the Edge. He was also extremely helpful looking for the best offers I could get. I drove home with my new Edge feeling very comfortable that Bob was just a phone call away to help me with any questions I may have.
