I was confident I could go back to the last place I purchased a dependable preowned truck and do the same. It was a really positive experience to reconnect with Shane Orr, who I have not seen since high school. It was also good to see the last sales person I bought from. She had been promoted from within to customer service. Dawn still remembered many details from my last purchase.
