One time during a new tire purchase a tire cover cracked (made of plastic, car is over ten years old), and when I brought the damage to their attention the service personnel made it right and replaced the wheel cover. This made a huge impact on my customer loyalty with this company. Bought my first car from them a few weeks ago because of my prior experience with them. Very happy to give them the business. More
