From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us like long-lost friends who actually wanted to see us. Everyone had that perfect blend of professionalism and stand-up-comedian timing. I half-expected a two-drink minimum. The jokes flowed as smoothly as the deals, and before long we were laughing so hard that we forgot we were about to spend more money than a semester of college.
They even offered cold bottled water, which—let’s be honest—is a luxury in car dealerships, where the default beverage temperature is usually “lukewarm regret.” The popcorn, however, was slightly stale, but in a way that made it oddly nostalgic, like a county fair that’s seen better days. I considered it part of the ambiance.
The music? Absolute fire. We test-drove a Kicks to a soundtrack that made us feel like we were in a Fast & Furious montage. If you can’t feel powerful while listening to 80s rock and signing loan documents, you’re doing it wrong.
By the end, we didn’t just have a new car—we had a new favorite dealership hangout. We left with paperwork in hand, keys in pocket, and abs sore from laughing.
So, if you’re in the market for a new ride and want an experience that’s equal parts smooth transaction, comedy show, and free beverage service, head to Star Nissan. Just maybe bring your own popcorn. Or better yet, suggest they upgrade to kettle corn—because that’s the only thing missing from an otherwise five-star performance.
