He answered the phone right away and got my contact information to call me back. From there we were able to text and email. I was able to do all business and did not have to drive to the dealership until I was ready to get my new truck. This was very handy for me as I live three hours away. All the staff at Apple Valley Ford were very helpful and accommodating! I had a very positive experience and I want to thank Bob for his grace and professionalism! Bob never pressured me and I felt relaxed the whole time and when I brought my family with to celebrate my first new vehicle purchase, Bob made it extra special! Thanks Bob!
