Improvements needed in the service department.
Made an appointment but when I arrived I was told my car wouldn't be ready until 6 pm. My appointment was for 11 am. I was told to go back at 7:30 am
Made an appointment but when I arrived I was told my car wouldn't be ready until 6 pm. My appointment was for 11 am. I was told to go back at 7:30 am the next day and that my appointment space would be honored and it was. Apparently they had overbooked over 100 people for service.
