Three weeks later after doing our research we went back to Bob who once again took his time with us and eventually got us into the car that we wanted that met our needs. He worked with us to get the best price possible and a deal that we were satisfied with. Brett Dumstrey in financing was also awesome to work with and he the thoroughly explained all the paperwork associated with the purchase. We purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2017 Outback and are really happy with the total experience. More

Sales was great, finance was terrible. Our salesman, Robert Nebel, was helpful, and always available. He was able to answer all our questions, without badgering or pressuring us to buy. The finance dept process however was horrible. We were with the finance employee For a VERY LONG TIME as HE was applying a lot of pressure to get us to purchase an extended warranty package. He proposed a high interest rate and we had to ask for a lower rate. When we learned of the finance company we would be using, I commented that our salesman said the financing would be through two different finance agencies. The finance person he was JUST a salesman and doesn’t know the finance dept. JUST a salesman?? Hmmmm After we agreed to a much lower rate, he started throwing out number after number as to what our payment would be for each different warranty package. We kept saying no thank you. He kept up his pressure, throwing out more and more numbers and at one point even he became confused with his own numbers. After several hours I finally had to tell him we have to get this process moving along, it was taking a very long time, we need to sign the papers without any additional costs as I needed to go to work shortly. He made a good buying experience not so enjoyable. I’m sorry i don’t remember his name. More

As wary as we were about trading in our cars, we were given a very fair value, which surprised us. My physically disabled husband was treated with upmost respect as we tried out cars. I do not enjoy shopping for cars, but Bob Nebel made it painless and we felt very pleased when we left the dealer with our new-to-us car. Our experience was so positive that my son, who was with us, ended up getting something for himself about a year earlier than he had planned. More
