My experience with elite auto brokers was magnificent. Since the first time I contacted bob on the phone I felt at ease and relaxed and knew that I would end up buying the car from them. Bob was great, he answered all my questions about the car, any concerns that I had regarding it, texted me a link to get all the information I might need, AND when I asked about the price he was straightforward and gave me the “walk out the door” price. No hidden fees, no extra charge on already installed features or even temporary tags. It was the online price with the service fee which was the lowest I had ever encountered while looking for a car for the last month. I get there, the car is exactly as advertised, well maintained and they were able to help me with everything I needed to help make my decision. The overall experience was so relaxing, I felt at ease, sure about my choice, they were able to help me with lowering the price to the point which I felt comfortable buying it at the spot. The whole process was so easy and fast because I wasn’t tricked by false photos or hidden fees. Bob was so helpful, he was able to solve any issues I wanted fixed before getting the car, I had very particular standards about how I wanted my car to look and they were able to meet them.
