Bob Lockhart has been with Red River Chevrolet since January of 2011. Before joining the Red River family, he was in the restaurant business for 18 years. It was in that career that he developed exceptional customer service. Bob enjoys talking to people and meeting new people. Bob came to Red River Chevrolet to buy himself a truck, and when he had such a pleasant experience, he decided he was ready for a change of pace, so he came to work here! Bob was raided in a military household and eventually made his was to Bossier City in 1982. He graduated from Airline High School and then later made his way down to Baton Rouge where he attended LSU! Bob is an avid College football fan, and definitely loves the Tigers! He has three children, Brandon, Amy, and William. When Bob is not up here at Red River, he enjoys spending time with his children and doing all types of outdoor activities. Hunting, fishing, and boating are among his favorites!

Second try for service Got a appointment and took it in a few weeks ago and 1hr and 45 minutes later it was setting in the lot waiting to be done. I checked on it and was to Got a appointment and took it in a few weeks ago and 1hr and 45 minutes later it was setting in the lot waiting to be done. I checked on it and was told appointments did not mean anything I had to wait until everyone that came in ahead of me without a appointment was finished. I took it home and talked to bob Lockhart about it and he said next time let him know and he would make sure it was done as I was told it would be done. This time I left it there over night and told him I was bringing it in. when I picked it up it looked great and was ready to go! I think they rotated the tires and serviced it and it looks great! Great customer service, Bob Lockhart has done an excellent job assisting me through the new vehicle purchase process as well as made sure I got the best deal for my buy. He was very courtous and answered any question concerning the vehicle that I may have had. Many of the employees I encountered were very polite and assisted me to the best of their abilities. Had a great experience buying a new vehicle. They cooperated with me throughout the whole process! The only thing that could had been better is if the sales manager would have given u's a little bett cooperated with me throughout the whole process! The only thing that could had been better is if the sales manager would have given u's a little better deal since we bought 2 at the same time! Thanks red river! More

I walked in not really expecting to purchase a vehicle. I had been researching and looking at a 2011 Camaro and wanted to take a test drive.
