I thought that when I took my car in for maintenance, that the oil was changed, tires rotated, and the fluids in the car were checked and possibly filled. I was told that my coolant fluid was low and tha that the oil was changed, tires rotated, and the fluids in the car were checked and possibly filled. I was told that my coolant fluid was low and that I had to pay over $200 to check for leaks. Decided to check myself and realized that none of my fluids had been filled in a while and they were all very low. I filled all the fluids in the car myself and it’s been a couple of weeks and haven’t noticed any leaks. I feel like they have been doing a very poor job and they only want to charge me more money for unnecessary repairs. And I’m also upset because they told me that my brakes were bad and needed to be changed. I wasn’t having any problems with my brakes but I trusted them and paid over $700 to fix them. Now I feel like they just ripped me off. I’m never taking my car to them again, cause I don’t trust them anymore and I don’t trust the work that they do. More

They sell me a gmc Yukon that was involved an accident they fixed before they sell it to me but they never told us anything I still have to deal with them because since the day 1 they don’t want to take r they fixed before they sell it to me but they never told us anything I still have to deal with them because since the day 1 they don’t want to take responsibility is the worse experience I ever had to bad customer service and all the cars have some damage of paint or parts they not take care of clients I waited four months to get the second key because they lost it also I never received the owner manual 5 months and still waiting for the manual worst dealership and so stressful that also Tony Manuel and the rest of the workers don’t care about you they sale the car after that they don’t care about you or if something is wrong they don’t fix anything this is a fraud because is not in the contract More

I walk in the the dealer looking for a truck I was interested in. I was greeted with friendly salesmen that help me with my questions and the vehicle I wanted. Long story short they gave me a fantasti interested in. I was greeted with friendly salesmen that help me with my questions and the vehicle I wanted. Long story short they gave me a fantastic deal with the vehicle I wanted and even found some discounts on my truck I was looking for in which I didn't know how they did it like pulling a rabbit out of a hat. They gave me a fantastic price on the truck and even better financing with in house GM financing. The final financing department experience process was smoothe and quick very HI tech very minimal papers. Highly recommend going there first when your interested in buying a new truck or car for a great deal and financing. More
