Waited several hours while my car was already done. I was never notified mind you I waited in the waiting room. Thankfully a man noticed me waiting for so long and when I told him my car he said that c I was never notified mind you I waited in the waiting room. Thankfully a man noticed me waiting for so long and when I told him my car he said that car was done hours ago. The female did not acknowledge me after this, very poor service. I am still being notified my “recall” was not done which was the main reason for my visit. Another thing the worker who took care of my vehicle unplugged my dash cam and when the car was delivered back to me it was still unplugged had it have been plugged I would have known my vehicles service was done. I highly doubt I will be visiting this dealer again for service or for future leases as the attitude it very poor for most workers. More
